Nominations for the 3C2A Hall of Fame are due October 20
SACRAMENTO - The names read like a "Who's Who of American Sports" - Joe Morgan, Valerie Brisco-Hooks, Flo Hyman and the legendary Jackie Robinson, to name a few - and the 3C2A Hall of Fame is now putting the call out for nominations for the Class of 2026. Schools throughout the 3C2A have rich histories of student-athletes, coaches, and administrators who achieved greatness while at their institutions, as well as reaching some of the elite levels of amateur and professional sports throughout the United States and the world.
The 3C2A Hall of Fame is the highest honor bestowed in California community college athletics. Founded in 1984, the Hall of Fame has sought to recognize those who have made the most of their experiences as California community college student-athletes, coaches and administrators, maximizing their own potential and bettering themselves and those with whom they come into contact.
Nominations are due October 20 to the 3C2A state office. The 2026 class will be honored during the annual 3C2A Convention next spring in Burbank.
Complete criteria and nominating procedures can be found on Form H. Click here to access the Form H (Word, PDF) on the "Forms" menu under the "Membership Services" pulldown menu at the top of the 3C2A website.
A complete list of inductees is available on the 3C2A Hall of Fame homepage.
